woodyplast is the new material innovation. As a worldwide novelty Klaus Kunststofftechnik GmbH in Memmingen, Germany, developed innovative products with this unique Wood-Plastic-Compound (WPC stands for Wood-Plastic-Composite) consisting of 70% wood (European spruce) und 30% plastic (PP + additive), which is processed as granulate in a thermoplastic way. woodyplast features enormous advantages in various applications because of its brilliant characteristics.

Because of Resistance to oil, fat and wetness woodyplast products are dedicated for outdoor storage. woodyplast is statically dynamical highly stressable and temperature-resistant to 140°C. Being autoclave resistant and abacterial, woodyplast is dedicated for all ranges – especially food and medical goods – it is food safe hygienic. woodyplast is 100% recyclable, its ecological efficiency and sustainability are guaranteed.

The woodyplast pallet collars (pallet stacking frames) LUIS light, SEPP solid and FRITZ frozen are ideal packaging solutions and boxes for transport, not only in logistics and transport. woodyplast systems are transportable according to IEC 60721-4-2. Further documents according to norm ISPM 15 are not necessary! Therefore they are highly qualified for packaging for ocean transport.
